Leaders don’t need more motivation. They need clearer thinking under pressure, so people adopt the plan and growth doesn’t stall.
Pace goes up. Clear thinking goes down.
Strategy looks good on paper, then dies in the room.
Growth feels daunting when decisions get messy.
Better calls. Less rework.
Not theory. Pressure-tested.
Simple. Repeatable. Actually used.
When leaders can think clearly under pressure, change sticks, decisions improve, and growth feels doable again.
“Andy Nunn’s performance was nothing short of extraordinary. His performance not only entertained but also provoked thought and reflection, complementing our theme in a powerful and memorable way” Simone Davis | Ralph Lauren
A keynote for growth, change, and the messy middle in between.
When organisations scale, decision quality becomes the bottleneck. Pressure rises, information piles up, and even smart leaders start guessing.
The difference between reacting and leading happens in a split second. That split second is the Gap.
Mind The Gap shows leaders what happens between stimulus and response, and how to use that moment to stay clear when change is still unfolding.
It’s a live psychological experiment where the entire room experiences their own thinking patterns in real time, then learns a simple way to interrupt them and choose better.
Choose the format that fits your audience, event, and what’s changing right now.
A high-impact immersive experience for conferences, leadership offsites, and growth events where change is real and decisions can’t wait.
A hands-on session where teams apply the Gap to your real growth challenges, practise the tools, and build a shared language for change.
I help leaders grow through change by thinking clearly when the pressure is real.
Before stepping onto keynote stages, I spent a decade coaching high-performance sales leaders across tech, fundraising, and real estate. I’ve since worked with global brands as a professional mentalist, revealing how bias, stress, and assumptions quietly derail growth and decision-making.
My TEDx talk, Seeing Isn’t Always Believing, positioned me as a voice on how mindset shapes trust, judgement, and performance in fast-moving environments.
This isn’t a traditional keynote.
I don’t just talk about growth. I demonstrate how thinking shifts in real time. Audiences experience their own blind spots live, then learn how to interrupt them before they compound into costly decisions.
Frameworks like Catch. Challenge. Change. and the GO Method give leaders a practical way to reset reactive thinking and move forward decisively, even when certainty isn’t available.
These tools are simple, repeatable, and immediately usable in business and life.
Outside the boardroom, I compete in some of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons, where growth happens through discomfort and clarity under fatigue isn’t theory. It’s survival.
My keynotes leave leaders clearer, more adaptable, and ready to lead through growth and change when it matters most.
