Who is Andy Nunn?

Andy Nunn is a keynote speaker and mentalist who helps audiences see how their minds work in real time.

Andy’s Early Career

Andy’s interest in performance, psychology and human behaviour started early. At just 10 years old, he joined The Magic Circle, beginning a lifelong fascination with attention, perception and how easily the mind can be led.

He later studied Sport Science at Liverpool John Moores University, where his interest in performance developed further. This gave him a practical understanding of mindset, pressure, confidence and the small shifts that can change how people perform.

In his twenties, Andy built a career in sales and spent 10 years as a sales coach, training high-performing teams across fundraising, technology and travel. That experience shaped the way he speaks today: practical, interactive and focused on how people think, decide, communicate and respond under pressure.

Andy’s personal interests

Outside of speaking, Andy is a competitive endurance athlete with a deep interest in pressure, fear and human performance.

He is an ultra runner who takes on some of the toughest mountain races in the world, including the Dragon’s Back Race and UTMB events. These races demand more than fitness. They require discipline, patience, emotional control and the ability to keep moving when everything becomes uncomfortable.

Andy is also a scuba diver and has dived with tiger sharks, an experience that reflects the same curiosity that runs through his work: how people respond when they are exposed to fear, uncertainty and risk.

These personal pursuits shape the way Andy thinks about performance. Whether he is racing through mountains, diving in unpredictable conditions or standing on stage in front of an audience, he is fascinated by what happens when people are pushed beyond comfort and forced to meet themselves honestly.

A high-energy keynote speaker for change, uncertainty and human behaviour

More Than a Speaker

Keynote Speaker

Andy delivers interactive keynote presentations that combine psychology, behavioural science and live mentalism to help audiences think differently. His sessions explore communication, influence, decision-making, change and human behaviour through experiences people remember.

Rather than simply talking about mindset and performance, Andy creates moments where audiences experience their own assumptions, biases and blind spots in real time. The result is a keynote that is engaging
