LEADERSHIP KEYNOTE
Mind The Gap
A leadership keynote for growth, change, and the messy middle in between.
When organisations scale, decision quality becomes the bottleneck. Pressure rises, information piles up, and even experienced leaders start guessing.
- They move fast and call it “alignment”
- They reward confidence and miss blind spots
- Small thinking errors compound into costly calls
The difference between reacting and leading happens in a split second. That split second is the Gap.
Mind The Gap is an interactive leadership keynote that shows what happens between stimulus and response, and how leaders can use that moment to stay clear when change is still unfolding.
It’s a live psychological experiment where the whole room experiences their own thinking patterns in real time, then learns a simple decision-making tool to interrupt reactivity and choose better.

Hi, I’m ANdy NUnn
a Keynote Speaker for Growth and Change
I’m a leadership keynote speaker who helps leaders think clearly when the pressure is real.
For over a decade, I coached high-performance sales leaders across tech, fundraising, and real estate. Today, as a corporate leadership speaker, I work with global brands to reveal how bias, stress, and hidden assumptions quietly derail decision making and slow growth.
My TEDx talk, Seeing Isn’t Always Believing, positioned me as a voice on leadership and judgement in fast-moving environments. It explores how mindset shapes trust, performance, and the quality of executive decision making under pressure.
This isn’t a traditional leadership motivational speaker approach.
I don’t just talk about leadership under pressure. I demonstrate it live. In this interactive leadership keynote, audiences experience their own blind spots in real time. They see how quickly certainty forms, how groupthink spreads, and how reactive leadership takes over.
Then I show them how to interrupt it.
Frameworks like Catch. Challenge. Change. and the GO Method give leaders a practical reset for clearer thinking in uncertainty. They’re simple, repeatable tools leaders can use immediately in high-stakes meetings, strategy sessions, and moments of change.
This is leadership and decision making made visible.
Outside the boardroom, I compete in ultra-marathons where clarity under fatigue isn’t theory. It’s survival. That experience shapes how I speak about adaptive leadership, resilience, and growth through discomfort.
My leadership keynote leaves teams clearer, more decisive, and ready to lead through change without panic, overreaction, or drift.
