Hi, I’m ANdy

I help leaders think clearly when the pressure is real.

Before stepping onto keynote stages, I coached high-performance sales leaders across tech, fundraising, and real estate. For the past decade, I’ve worked as a professional mentalist with leading brands, exposing how bias and perception quietly distort decisions.

My TEDx talk, Seeing Isn’t Always Believing, accelerated my speaking career and positioned me as a voice on how mindset shapes trust, judgement, and performance.

I’m not a traditional speaker. I demonstrate ideas live. Audiences experience their own thinking errors in real time, then learn practical tools to reset them.

Frameworks like Catch. Challenge. Change. and the

GO Method give leaders a clear process to interrupt reactive thinking and take decisive action, even when uncertainty is still present.

These tools aren’t theory. They’re simple, repeatable, and usable immediately in business and life.

Outside the boardroom, I compete in some of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons, where clarity under fatigue isn’t a concept. It’s survival.

My keynotes leave leaders sharper, braver, and ready to act when it counts

WHY ORGANISATIONS BOOK ANDY

When growth accelerates, restructures happen, or strategy shifts, decision quality becomes the difference. Under pressure, even smart leaders make flawed calls. That’s when clarity matters most.

Sharper decisions

Leaders learn to spot blind spots, challenge assumptions, and think clearly when the stakes are high.

Stronger alignment

Teams slow down reactive thinking and develop a shared language for better judgement.

Practical tools

A simple framework leaders can apply immediately in strategy sessions, negotiations, and high-stakes conversations.

This is where sharper thinking becomes a competitive advantage.

SIGNATURE KEYNOTEs

Mind The Gap

The quality of every decision is shaped in a split second: the gap between stimulus and response. Mind The Gap shows leaders how to take control of that moment.

  • Interrupt reactive thinking under pressure
  • Spot blind spots and flawed assumptions fast
  • Respond with clarity instead of comfort

Results: sharper decisions, calmer meetings, faster execution, less second-guessing.

Through live demonstrations and audience experiments, Andy makes invisible thinking visible in real time. Leaders learn a simple framework: Catch. Challenge. Change. and apply the practical GO Method to act decisively, even in uncertainty.

Best for: senior leaders navigating change, uncertainty, AI disruption, or decision fatigue.

FORMAT OPTIONS

Choose the format that fits your audience, event, and stakes.

WORKSHOP

Duration: Half day to full day

Deep application for leadership teams who want lasting behaviour change.

Seeing Clearly

Pressure doesn’t just test performance. It changes what people notice. Seeing Clearly helps teams spot what they’re missing and make better calls when it counts.

  • See how bias and perception shape decisions
  • Catch blind spots before they become costly mistakes
  • Adapt faster when the situation isn’t clear

Outcomes: clearer thinking under pressure, stronger judgement in uncertain moments, better conversations in the room, and faster alignment when stakes are high.

Most teams don’t struggle because they lack skill. They struggle because pressure distorts thinking. Assumptions harden. Certainty grows. People miss signals they normally would’ve seen.

Through live demonstrations and practical experiments, Andy makes those blind spots visible in real time. Leaders leave with simple tools to rethink, reframe, and respond with clarity, even when the situation is moving fast.

Best for: organisations navigating AI disruption, rapid growth, change, or decision fatigue.
