02 · Keynote format
A 60-minute keynote was booked for the annual company conference at REA headquarters in Richmond. The format created a focused space within the programme to question familiar thinking, with the presentation tailored to the organiser’s brief.

03 · The experience
Andy delivered a keynote exploring the role of the mind in performance, outcomes and relationships. An interactive presentation gave the group something to experience and discuss, rather than simply another set of slides.
The brief was about possibility—not simply maintaining the status quo. The experience connected that question with how people interpret situations and the assumptions they bring to their work. Charlotte’s review highlighted that link between the mind, performance and relationships.
