End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and Andrew Nunn (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and governs your use of our software application (“the App”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App solely for your own internal business purposes.
No ownership of the App or its intellectual property is transferred to you.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws.
You must not:
copy or redistribute the software
reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
use the App for unlawful purposes
interfere with the operation or security of the App
3. Third-Party Services
The App may connect with third-party services including, but not limited to:
Intuit QuickBooks
Google Workspace
HubSpot
Slack
OpenAI
other authorised APIs
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, documentation and content remain the exclusive property of Andrew Nunn unless otherwise stated.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may be modified, updated or discontinued without notice.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Nunn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the App during the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
these terms are breached
fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
continued use presents security risks
Upon termination you must cease using the App.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
